The Badgers have committed to Wisconsin defensive end/outside linebacker/outside cornerback Justin Tuggle.
The Wisconsin commit is the ninth commit for the Badgers this offseason and the third commitment in the Badger recruiting class of 2019.
Tuggle, a three-star prospect from North Carolina, has a commitment from four-star LSU cornerback Malik Hooker, who will announce on Monday that he is committing to the Badgies in January.
Tuggle, who stands 5’10”, 190 pounds, will be the sixth commit for Wisconsin this class, joining fellow Wisconsin commit Jalen Smith and two-star linebacker D.J. Wotherspoon, who committed to Michigan in late February.
Tuggles commitment will come two weeks after Wisconsin signed four-stars defensive end Marcus Walker, cornerback Jadaveon Williams, safety Antoine Diggs, and cornerback Kevin Nadel to its defensive line, which is the fifth commit of the 2019 class.
Walker, who is 6’3″, 225 pounds, was a consensus four-year starter for the Tigers.
Tuck, who attended the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, will have a chance to play for the Spartans at the 2018 NFL Draft, which will take place in Chicago on December 14.
