How to get the best job offer in HR: Find the best recruiter for your company

LinkedIn has been making waves for hiring professionals.

Now the company is making waves on the hiring side.

In a report released Thursday, LinkedIn found that the top recruiter was far from an anomaly.

The recruiter position was a strong predictor of employee retention, and it also predicted a higher percentage of new hires.

The top recruitable recruiter on LinkedIn had a 4.6% retention rate.

LinkedIn found the highest-rated recruit was a former executive at a tech company.

That recruiter made $60,000 a year, compared to $20,000 for the lowest-rated recruiter.

The most important factors in LinkedIn’s findings were experience, personality, and the company’s goals.

LinkedIn also found that companies with a high-rated hire were more likely to receive compensation for it.

LinkedIn has since changed the way it works for new hires, with an updated recruiting tool that includes more detail on how to find a recruiter, how to rate a recruitable, and how to apply for the position.

We’re not going to pretend this is a comprehensive list of the top 100 most-cited recruiters on LinkedIn, but it’s certainly a nice snapshot of the recruiter job market.
